Microsoft Dragon Copilot Subscription Authorization

By signing this agreement:

• •I confirm that I am authorized to place orders on behalf of the purchasing entity and to bind the entity to the Nuance End User License Agreement (EULA).
• •I acknowledge that I have read and, on behalf of the purchasing entity, agree to the terms of the Subscription Policy, available at https://dictationone.cloud/p-DMO-Policy. I understand that this policy governs Dragon Medical One, Microsoft Dragon Copilot, Dragon Legal Anywhere, and Dragon Professional Anywhere hosted subscriptions.
• •I agree that the initial subscription term for the Dragon Copilot hosted service is as selected (monthly, non-cancellable). I understand that subscriptions cannot be canceled mid-term but licenses may be reassigned to a different user once per 12-month period.
• •I authorize the credit card on file to be charged monthly for the full duration of the subscription term. I understand that the subscription is non-cancellable.
• •I acknowledge there is a one-time implementation fee per subscription license, as previously discussed.
• •I understand that the PowerMic Mobile App is included free of charge with the new license subscription.
