• Enhanced User Interface — Shaped by customer feedback, the redesigned user interface provides a simpler, more intuitive experience with improved navigation, reduced clutter, and a foundation for future innovation. The enhanced UI is available across Dragon Copilot (web, mobile, desktop, and embedded), Dragon Copilot for Epic, and Dax Copilot for Epic. An administrator must enable the new design in the Dragon admin center or Nuance Command Center.
• Marketplace Integrations — Access and enable third-party AI applications and agents directly within Dragon Copilot, including solutions such as Canary Speech, Regard, and RhythmX AI.
• Custom Document Templates — Automatically generate additional documents, such as referral letters, alongside standard clinical notes for ambient encounters.
• AI-Assisted Template Creation — Create section and document templates using natural language descriptions, making personalization faster and easier. Templates can be set to auto-run or reused on demand.
• Auto-style and Copilot Chat upgrades — AI-powered styling and editing tools get a refreshed look, with auto-style suggestions and edit actions appearing contextually within the chat conversation for faster note refinement.
• Patient session creation from compact view — Start a new patient session directly from the minimized compact desktop view without navigating away.
• Intelligent note section selection — Dragon Copilot analyzes generated content and only selects note sections that actually contain content, reducing manual deselection.
• Patient-specific and global memos — Save patient-specific notes or reusable global information such as clinical references, templates, and standing orders.
• Persistent microphone mode — A clinician's preferred microphone mode (ambient or dictation) is remembered across sessions.
