ODMS Cloud Speech Recognition Package
Powered by Microsoft Azure AI, ODMS Cloud Speech Recognition automatically converts uploaded dictations into accurate text the moment they arrive — no manual trigger required. Supports English (US, UK, AU/NZ accents), German, French, and Spanish.
Only Authors require a Speech Recognition license. Transcriptionists who review and edit the auto-generated text do not need their own SR license.

How ODMS Cloud Works
Record from an Olympus/OM SYSTEM recorder, smartphone (via mobile app), or PC — and upload directly to the cloud.
Dictation is encrypted with 256-bit AES and uploaded instantly to ODMS Cloud for workflow management.
Transcriptionists receive the file automatically, prioritized and routed per your workflow rules.
Completed documents are returned to the author and securely archived for compliance and retrieval.
